Crate-free, Fear-free.
( and just self-aware enough to know that a boutique grooming club for dogs is gloriously over the top )NO CAGES ON THE PREMISES. NOT NOW, NOT EVER.The coffee is for you. The puppachino is for them. There is a calendar of things worth turning up for.
A grooming club should feel like somewhere you actually want to be, not just somewhere your dog gets clean.
High quality products that are
clean, cruelty-free and vegan.
Special treats and toys list for your dog
(or dogs) as we get to know them.
A built-in cafeteria with freshed
brewed coffee and baked goods to enjoy
during your appointment.
Here's the part that nobody says out loud.
Grooming day is one of the most stressful days in your dog's week. You drop them somewhere unfamiliar, hand them to someone they've never met, and drive away feeling a little guilty. For years the industry built rooms that suited the salon, not the dog, and quietly decided that was fine. We didn't. So we started from the opposite end, with the dog in front of us and the person who loves them.

Your dog should have a person.
One groomer who's actually theirs, the same hands at every visit, who learns their name, their coat and exactly how they feel about the dryer. The way you have a hairdresser you trust.
And then there's the cage. We don't have one, and we never will. A dog who's already nervous shouldn't spend their day in a box, so here they don't. They stay with their person, start to finish, in a room with warm light and space to breathe instead of a fluorescent hum and a production line.
None of it is complicated. It has simply, rarely, been done properly.
Your dog will be known here. That's the whole job.
I spent years building grooming salons in the UK, and kept running into the same thing: a real craft treated like a hobby. So I built places that took it seriously instead, for the dogs, the people who love them and the groomers themselves. They worked.
Shaggy is me bringing that to Austin, and meaning every word of it. Your dog will be known here. That's the whole job.
